Imagine having cancer which caused disfigurement to your face and there's nothing more you can do.  Well my new guest Karen was diagnosed with Parotid Gland Cancer in 2012 which ultimately resulted in an altered self image to her face.  Karen has been a nurse for 32 years and was so distraught with the resources that were not available for cancer survivors like her.

Karen started Face2Face Healing which creates a network and provides the opportunity for individuals with disfigurement to meet and share their stories knowing they are not alone.
