Since it's Valentines Week I wanted to spread some love to all of you! I had the pleasure to speak to 3 different women with three different love stories!  Stacey opens up with us about her love journey with her Sweetie!  Next on the hot seat is Lori who shares her love story with us and she has a blog Hey Get A Room.  Lastly, is Cory who is a publisher that opens up about her struggles of finding the right man with same interests.  I believe love comes in so many different forms...the love for family, for your pets and within yourself.  Love is in the Air my beautiful people! Whats Your Health & Wellness Tip for 2023?

Well technically January is over but Health and Wellness are important every month of the Year!  Some of us may know what to do as far as our bad habits and how to create a Healthy lifestyle.  However, it's getting started for me personally.  A few weeks ago  I was in attendence at the Health & Wellness Expo.  The Peters Township Chamber of Commerce out did themselves with so many options and screenings for the public to engage in! I met so many small business owners and entrepreneurs who had so much passion for what they offer to the public to keep us healthy! Among them I  interviewed a few Vendors at the event.  They gave me their Wellness Tip for 2023.  So much support from these companies with the same goal in mind! They have a lot to offer to help keep us Healthy.
