The best way to spread holiday cheer is for Company's to spread their holiday message to you!  I had the honor and privilege to have my podcast setup for the Peters Township Chamber of Commerce's Annual Holiday luncheon "Magic of the Season" at Bella Sera. I spoke to businesses owners, companies and entrepreneurs.  Jenny D met so many amazing individuals!  Each individual recorded a holiday shout out to their customers, clients,  patients, family and friends.  I'm so excited to learn about the businesses in our area and surrounding areas in Pittsburgh.

Tis the Season to fill up on some delicious Christmas Cookies and Cake Pops! RIta and Carley owners of Cookie Wishes LLC gives us a taste of what all goes into owning your own Bake shop from your home.  This mother/daughter duo designs these beautiful, delicious  sugar cookie for any occasion.  Rita mastered the taste of the cookie and developed the incredible icing.  As for Carley her daughter she is in charge of the design.  Believe me the cookies are so unique and original from what Ive seen. Yes  me Jenny D can tell you first hand the cookies with my logo and much more designs were so unbelievable!  I was so impressed.  Take a sweet listen to hear all that goes into baking cookies!

Would you ever think that what you eat could be connected to your Mental Health?  Diane discovered that food caused her Depression and Anxiety!  She is a mother of four and a former nurse who shares her story about family, health and relationships.  Diane is an author, speaker and a health educator.  She focuses on digestive wellness and how to improve her relationship with food.  Diane wrote a book called "It Might be Your Pancreas" Pancreatitis Awareness and Natural Digestive Recovery.

Thanksgiving is a time to reflect on the year and spend time with your family and friends.  What better way to corner your relatives in the guest bathroom to do a podcast.  Yes I wanted to have some of my family members record what they are thankful for.  I hope you and your loved ones can share your stories and why you are blessed to share this delicious feast together.  I'm thankful for all of you listening and coming along my journey with me through stories and educational podcasts! Imagine living in England and having your third child during a global pandemic.    However, Genelle shares that her family was excited for their adventure living across the pond, until unforeseen circumstances changed everything.  A very difficult pregnancy and labor turned into PTSD, postpartum, vertigo and insomnia.   Learn, as Genelle shares about EMDR therapy and how beneficial it is for someone that's gone through any sort of trauma.   She also learns how to declutter her brain to allow one to be more present in everyday life.

Jenny D is on the Hot Seat!

Well my beautiful people its hard to hear criticism or advice from anyone else especially your spouse.  I've been giving my listeners and guests a platform to be honest with themselves and to share their stories.  I sat back and evaluated my weaknesses and insecurities that I've been avoiding.  Why do some people feel like a doormat or never stand up for ourselves.  I need to learn to say no and confront people who hurt me!  Easier said then done!  We can help each other voice our opinions when we are feeling taken advantage of.

Feel inspired by our very own Pittsburgh (Upper St. Clair) Native Sean Casey!  Sean is a former MLB All-Star with over 13 years in professional baseball.  He is  currently an analyst for the MLB Network.  Most important is that Sean is a Fantastic Father to four amazing children and proprietor of his own podcast "The Mayors Office".  Many of you may also know Sean as the founder of The Miracle Network of the South Hills in 2010.
