Get my yearly physical check, eat healthy check, give myself self exams check!  Well,  we all try to follow our routine and make sure we are visiting our healthcare professional but is that enough?
 Linda wants to share her story to help spread awareness and to give her insights into what she went through being diagnosed with Breast Cancer.  How do you prepare yourself when faced with the news you have cancer?  Linda takes us through her ups and downs and stresses to get your annual Mammogram.  She's taking on creating awareness and raising money at their Bubble Ball fundaraiser.

What does leadership mean to you?  Eric Chandler my new guest is not only leading his community but he's making an impact with the youth men and women in Canonsburg, Pa.  When you have a mentor come into your life and teaches you the importance of your purpose then you take your knowledge and spread the love.  Leading the Canon Mac football team as a coach and motivational speaker. Eric wants to give back to others going through struggles on and off the field.  
He also is the President of Borough Council and mentors adult men through their journey in life.  He says Unity in the Community!  Listen to learn just how you can help your community and help everyone thrive to their fullest potential.  Eric is a family man and speaks fellowship wherever he can.  Be inspired Be Enlightened by this amazing Community Leader!

Jenna quit her job to start a non-profit called the 412 Foster Project! Find out more!

Did you ever feel like starting a new business or non-profit because you felt our society needs this service?  Well my guest  Jenna Bosi was courageous enough to start her own non-profit called the 412 Foster Project in hopes to close the service gaps in mental health treatment and create additional support for children and families.  We sometimes turn an eye to how many of us need mental health services in the world we live in today.  Jenna is also helping families with additional items like cribs, diapers and anything a family may need.  She is also involved in the Light Project for the Salvation Army to provide services with human trafficking.  Listen to Jenna a young mom making a difference in our culture and society!

Imagine being 29 years young and being diagnosed with Stage 4 Colon Cancer! Matt’s Story!

How can someone at age 29 find themselves so out of breathe?  Matt realized while playing hockey with his friends that something wasn't right especially how tired and out of breathe he became.  Matt shares his story about being diagnosed with Stage 4 Colon Cancer in January of 2010!  The journey that Matt and his wife experienced will amaze you.  They took this diagnose head on and were ready to fight it with everything in their power.  Matt documented his treatment and started a Youtube video called 7 Steps Of How To Beat Cancer.

Living with Scheuermann’s Disease! Doug’s Story!”

Did your parents ever say "Sit up straight or Don't slouch? Well just imagine as an adolescent and realizing you can't physically do it? My guest Doug was diagnosed at age 17 with Scheuermann's Disease. He shares his journey with this disease and how it has worsen through time.  Scheuermann's Disease is a rare spinal disease that typically presents itself during adolescence.  We are hoping to create awareness and early detection with Doug's story.  This could help parents and the medical community view and treat the disease. Doug founded the only fund in the world dedicated to help those suffering from this spinal deformity.
