Kelly, wanted to acknowledge and celebrate her friend/colleague Danielle who is the first women COO and CRO at CFS Bank. Marking—yet another milestone for women in banking. Additionally, discover how Danielle’s role facilitates support for community causes, exemplifying the industry's humanitarian aspect. Kelly is so passionate about celebrating women yet she is making her own path with WIL.
Leanna, Executive Director of the Mon Valley Regional Chamber discusses  how impactful it is to start a Women In Leadership Series (WIL) to come together and celebrate women's achievements and build relationships throughout our communities. A tribute about Women in Leadership series aimed at professional and personal empowerment of women.
Kelly, Danielle and Leanna are a great team and are working hard to make WIL a success! The first luncheon is on March 13th.  
Further, this wonderful dialogue  is a reflections on the importance of mutual support, female representation in leadership roles, and the tireless endeavors of women who contribute to their communities.

Holly Joy is a born leader and she was faced with grief all around her.  She said it was like sand slipping through her fingers.  She had to lean on other women to hit the brakes and take a pause.  In the midst of it all Holly wanted to provide a Hope Space for women's vulnerability and sharing their own struggles. "Jenny D's 100th Episode with her Mom and Daughter!"

I'm so excited to share this milestone with all of you! I never would have thought that I could start my own Podcast and reach 100 Episodes.  I only have to thank all of you My Beautiful People!  
I couldn't think of who to have on as my guest for this exciting episode.  I was determined to have a celebrity or someone with a big name and repetition.  Then it dawn on me that my podcast was about Real People with Real Stories.  The light bulb went off and I thought I have two amazing women in my life that I'm so proud of all their accomplishments.  My mom Debra P and my daughter Lexi D spillin with Me Jenny D! My daughter was my first guest and we talked about pressure to be a perfectionist and eating disorders. Episode #1 "Me and My daughter talk Candid!"
In this 100th episode we discussed our dreams and what we want to do in the future.  My mom was a single mom who put herself through college.  I'm so very proud of her! My daughter is pursuing her dream to be on broadway! She is going for it!  I look at both of them and realize I can pursue my passion at 49 years old and start my own Podcast to help people and share their amazing stories.

"Megan Shares how to Recharge and Navigate a balanced Lifestyle!"

Are you struggling with Burnout, Stress and or Fatigue? My guest Megan knows all so well about how Burnout feels!  Megan worked in the Oil and Gas Industry right after College.  Imagine being on call all day and putting in 60-100 hours a week.  
She began to distant herself from family, friends and was diagnosed with Crohn's Disease. She knew she needed to change her life because substance abuse along with fatigue and stress was consuming her life. 
Megan turned her life around and became certified in Personal Training, Health Coach, Nutrition Coach, Corporate Wellness Specialist and Certified as a Positive Psychology Practitioner! She shares with me about her passion for creating engaging corporate wellness programs that work both employees and employers!
