Imagine living in England and having your third child during a global pandemic.    However, Genelle shares that her family was excited for their adventure living across the pond, until unforeseen circumstances changed everything.  A very difficult pregnancy and labor turned into PTSD, postpartum, vertigo and insomnia.   Learn, as Genelle shares about EMDR therapy and how beneficial it is for someone that's gone through any sort of trauma.   She also learns how to declutter her brain to allow one to be more present in everyday life.

Since June's theme is Post Life I wanted to run a previously recorded episode discussing Hospice Care.
When we hear the word Hospice it usually means our loved one is in the last phases of an incurable disease.  Rebecca explains hospice and why its important to help the ones we love in living the end of their journey as comfortable as possible.  Most people don't know what it all entails and how many people are involved in this process.

Jenny D is on the Hot Seat!

Well my beautiful people its hard to hear criticism or advice from anyone else especially your spouse.  I've been giving my listeners and guests a platform to be honest with themselves and to share their stories.  I sat back and evaluated my weaknesses and insecurities that I've been avoiding.  Why do some people feel like a doormat or never stand up for ourselves.  I need to learn to say no and confront people who hurt me!  Easier said then done!  We can help each other voice our opinions when we are feeling taken advantage of. 

Sean Casey Takes us around the Bases about Life!

Feel inspired by our very own Pittsburgh (Upper St. Clair) Native Sean Casey!  Sean is a former MLB All-Star with over 13 years in professional baseball.  He is  currently an analyst for the MLB Network.  Most important is that Sean is a Fantastic Father to four amazing children and proprietor of his own podcast "The Mayors Office".  Many of you may also know Sean as the founder of The Miracle Network of the South Hills in 2010.

Awareness, Awareness, Awareness enough said!  We all need to talk about it because its happening everyday!  I sat down and spoke with Sam, Nina and Randi who all work at Crossroads Treatment Center.  We discuss real stories about real people!  Crossroads has been providing outpatient Medication -Assisted Treatment for over 17 years to people suffering from dependence to heroin, pain medication, or other opiates.

A Showgirl performs on Land & Sea!’

There was a showgirl her name was Rebecca. Ever wander what it's like for a performer on Cruise Ships and in Las Vegas?  Well, Rebecca shares her journey as she takes us aboard her life as a performer and where she is today.  I met Rebecca at The State Theatre For the Arts in Uniontown a fews years back when my daughter was cast in Mamma Mia.
