Well my beautiful people its hard to hear criticism or advice from anyone else especially your spouse. I've been giving my listeners and guests a platform to be honest with themselves and to share their stories. I sat back and evaluated my weaknesses and insecurities that I've been avoiding. Why do some people feel like a doormat or never stand up for ourselves. I need to learn to say no and confront people who hurt me! Easier said then done! We can help each other voice our opinions when we are feeling taken advantage of.

Many people overlook Watchful Sheperd USA. I spoke to Traci and Jennifer from Watchful Sheperd about who and why it was started 30 years ago. It's a national non-profit family abuse prevention program. We discuss what they use to help children contact authorities and agencies if abuse or neglect happens in their home. I have learned so much about how we can help as a community to raise money so these families can feel safe without going bankrupt.
